A Pandemic, an Emo Icon, and a Really Good Can of Wine.
When the world shut down, we got busy. In partnership with Chris Carrabba of Dashboard Confessional, we created Canvino — a bottle-quality wine in a can — and built it from scratch. Visual identity, packaging, website, social launch. Everything.
The design struck a balance between style, music, and wine, all packaged in a way that felt accessible without feeling cheap. The can artwork nodded to Carrabba's tattoo sleeves, aligning the artistry inside the can — sustainable, certified green, vegan, gluten free — with the artistry in his music. It wasn't a celebrity slapping their name on a label. It was a real collaboration where the brand and the person were inseparable.
Impact: National distribution across 38 states within six months of launch. NY Magazine's The Strategist named Canvino one of its "10 Things That'll Sell Out." Featured on holiday gift guides in People, OK, and Star magazines. Picked up by ABC's "The Ultimate Surfer," extending the brand to a global audience.
